Cancellation Policy

At PürGold Nutrition, we process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Refund Policy will apply.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation”
  • We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation within 1 business day

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to a recurring order, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled order date. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that cycle.

4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
